These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Raleigh Unpacked LLC messaging program operated by Raleigh Unpacked LLC (“Raleigh Unpacked LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Raleigh Unpacked LLC, you agree to these Terms.

How to opt in
You may opt in by texting HELLO to 919-396-5665, by initiating a text conversation with Raleigh Unpacked LLC after viewing the messaging disclosure on our website, or through another documented method that clearly asks for your consent. Your consent applies only to Raleigh Unpacked LLC and the message types described when you opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request and the length of the active conversation. You may receive multiple messages while we respond to an inquiry, coordinate an appointment, or provide requested information.

Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile service plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opt out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. After that, we will not send further text messages unless you opt in again. Other supported opt-out words may include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
Rejoining the program
After opting out, you may rejoin by texting START or HELLO to 919-396-5665 and completing any additional consent step we provide.

Delivery and carrier responsibility

We handle personal and mobile information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility and acceptable use
