I’m Emanuel Fenech. I came to the area with my family after years of building a real estate career along the Gulf Coast. Being new made me ask better questions—and realize how many other people were looking for honest, useful answers too.
Real estate is part of my experience, but this is a local media brand first. The goal is to earn attention by being helpful, accurate, curious, and genuinely present in the community.
